Superb Antique Zulu Axe

An excellent example of the much sought after axes favoured by the Zulu. The hand-forged blade has a flat tang decorated in a geometric pattern. The iron-wood shaft has a swollen head and slightly flared pommel, it is decorated with typical braided wire-work. A superb antique fighting axe. 72cm long overall
